• Follow the steps to create a backup company file on the original system.
• Save the backup, and assign a name to it.
• Save the backup company to new system. Either put the backup on a flash drive or an external device.
• Pay heed to the prompts to restore the backup on the new system.
• Download the latest tax table.

Step 3:Install QuickBooks desktop.

Step 4:And lastly, setup QuickBooks desktop.
